Old Oak Common station regeneration
Alexandra Reitman is a planner and urban designer with over 10 years experience working on major projects in London. She will be speaking on station-led regeneration and master-planning at our 10th October Future Cities Forum.
As a strategic planner and urban designer in the Mayor's planning team at the GLA, she led on the development of the White City Opportunity Area Planning Framework, working closely with TfL. LB Hammersmith & Fulham and key landowners including Westfield, Imperial College London, BBC and Helical Bar to develop the placemaking vision for the area transformation.
In past roles she has also played a vital role in guiding the regeneration along the London Overground extension from Dalston Junction through Shoreditch as well as the design and placemaking potential of Hackney's Olympic Legacy.
Alexandra is currently Principal Project Manager (Master-planning) at Old Oak and Park Royal Development Corporation (OPDC). She leads the development of the Old Oak Masterplan and engages with TfL, local boroughs, Network Rail, HS2 and key landowners to deliver the Mayor's vision for a new part of London catalysed by the arrival of HS2/Crossrail Old Oak Common Station.
She will be joining our station place-making panel discussions with TfL, SNC-Lavalin's Atkins Business and Bristol Temple Quarter.
