Muse Places at our Bristol 'Innovation Cities' forum this October

Future Cities Forum is delighted that Simon Harding-Roots, Managing Director (South) of Muse Places, will be joining our Bristol 'Innovation Cities' discussion event this October.
The forum will be held in the University of Bristol's Sloane Robinson Building at the the newly opened Temple Quarter Enterprise Campus and Simon will be contributing alongside the University's Deputy Vice Chancellor Professor Judith Squires, Bristol Temple Quarter's CEO Karen Mercer and John Wilkinson, Director of Housing and Regeneration at the West of England Combined Authority.

'Simon leads our southern business, driving growth and expanding partnerships to deliver sustainable regeneration.
Joining from The Crown Estate, Simon was Managing Director for London, overseeing a 10 million sq ft, £8 billion portfolio – including a £2.5 billion programme of major projects.
'He was also Executive Director of Major Projects at Grosvenor Group and held senior roles at Imperial College London and with the Treasury Holdings Group.
'Simon works closely with public and private sector partners to drive forward a pipeline of mixed-use regeneration. This includes working with our national partnerships, ECF and Habiko.
'In 2024 our ECF partnership with Legal & General and Homes England, doubled in size to £400m, while Habiko, our joint venture with Pension Insurance Corporation and Homes England, was established in 2024. Its aim is to deliver 3,000 affordable, low carbon homes over the next 10-12 years.
'Through ECF, we are leading the delivery of Manor Road Quarter in Canning Town, London. On completion, the new neighbourhood will provide over 800 new homes, 50% of which will be affordable, alongside high-quality public spaces and commercial opportunities, reinforcing the commitment to inclusive and sustainable regeneration.'
Muse is working on Temple Island a key component of the Bristol Temple Quarter regeneration project.
