Ridge and Partners appoints new Partner to lead programme delivery in London

The appointment of Giles Heather comes as the firm continue to grow its capabilities in the programme delivery of complex projects. Following the acquisition of specialist programme management consultancy Adept Management in 2025, which strengthened project controls, Ridge and Partners says:
