This innovative hotel chain - where our Future Cities Forum 2 was hosted - is continuing to work for a sustainable future, through a detailed study with Deloitte.

Underneath the stylish design at our event space in their Tower of London hotel, has been a commitment to the latest in building technology. Modular bedrooms, built off-site were faster to install and form part of a new and more intelligent construction philosophy. Smart technology is also used to monitor energy consumption.

citizenM is looking for new sites to build more hotels, in well-connected places in cities served by good transport. Greenfield sites and office spaces are being looked at and once developed will be offered as affordable luxury for the new breed of international traveller, as citizenM calls them 'the explorers, adventurers and dreamers'!
