London inspires new diamond collection

Mary McCartney has created a series of photographs to help De Beers launch a new diamond jewellery collection based on five of London's iconic landmarks.
A double exposure technique captures Albert Bridge, Battersea Power Station, the Elizabeth Tower, the London Eye and Kew Gardens and the female figure to represent the London by De Beers collection.
De Beers opened its first store in Old Bond Street in London in 2001 but now has a presence in 18 countries worldwide.
De Beers CEO, Francois Delage described the jewellery as 'unique pieces', 'that encapsulate the magical light that dances on these iconic landmarks and reflects on the majestic Thames'. Picture below illustrates "Thames Path" from the collection.
